Steve Biko, Huey P. Newton and Frida Kahlo are part of a three piece comission.
All three were, in their own way, engaged in revolutionary movements:
Huey founded the Black Panther Party along with Bobby Seale in the USA, Steve founded the Black Consciousness Movement and died in the fight against apartheid in South Africa and Frida was a member of the PCM in Mexico.
